When purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and conditions as shown below, no other terms shall apply except those in which are agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders.
LIMITED WARRANTY (Registration Required)
For a period of one (1) year following purchase, ConeMountTM warrants the Cone Style Bearing Heaters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will perform in substantial compliance with the user’s manual.
These bearing heaters are provided “as is” without any further warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Except as stated above, the entire risk as to the quality and performance of these bearing heaters is with the customer. Should the bearing heater prove defective in a manner that is not covered by the above warranty, customer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
In no event shall ConeMountTM be liable to customer or any third party with respect to liability, loss or damage caused by, or alleged to be caused by, the bearing heater, its use or operation, whether direct, incidental, special, or consequential, even if ConeMountTM or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such liability, loss or damage. The customer specifically agrees to indemnify ConeMountTM against any such claims.
ConeMountTM does not warrant that the bearing heater will meet the customer’s requirements. ConeMountTM shall in no event become liable for any damages hereunder in excess of the purchase price paid for the bearing heater.

Orders placed with us may be cancelled at any time, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
TIER WHOLESALE PRICING
Tier wholesale pricing is determined on the 1st day of each calendar year, based on the immediate preceding calendar year’s purchase volume.
Blanket purchase orders may be placed in minimum shipments of 20% of total order with fixed shipment dates.
Domestic orders are per quoted payment terms. International orders must be prepaid via ACH or wire transfer. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% per month (18% APR) charge on any unpaid balances. Past due accounts may be turned over for collection and terms may revert to COD or Prepayment (e.g. ACH, wire transfer or credit card). Domestic wire transfers are subject to a $25.00 wire transfer fee. International wire transfers are subject to a $30.00 wire transfer fee. Customer is responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees. All payments must be made in U.S. currency.
All products are Free on Board (FOB) from our facility in Englewood, CO. Shipping arrangements must be made at the time of order placement. We ship standard via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless the buyer requests to use their shipping account (which must be stated on their purchase order).
Under normal circumstances, orders for ConeMountTM products are shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation. All other branded products are shipped based on availability. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, delays can happen, and we will ship your order out as soon as possible.
All orders are subject to applicable shipping charges (unless otherwise agreed to in writing). Shipping charges for ground service on all stocking orders are determined by using a flat rate table that is based on the combined, dimensional weight of all items in the order.
Products are shipped using air and ocean transportation services (as arranged for by the buyer). Shipping arrangements must be made at the time of order placement.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please call (303) 934-6555 for a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by this number.
All returns must be in their original packaging, be clearly marked with RMA number, include a copy of your invoice or packing list, and shipped back to:

A credit memo will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned products. All items originally shipped (e.g. temperature crayon, bag) must be returned in order to receive a full refund. Altered or damaged products will not be accepted.
You warrant, represent and agree: (1) to comply with all laws; (2) that our sale shipment of the product will not, by export thereof, your legal status or otherwise, cause us to violate any law; and (3) to indemnify us against any losses from a failure by you or a third party to comply with the law or these terms and conditions, or from use of the product.
