When purchasing from ConeMount, you agree to these terms and conditions shown below, no other terms shall apply except those in which are agreed upon. ConeMount reserves the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders.

DOMESTIC PAYMENT TERMS

All orders are subject to applicable shipping charges. Shipping charges for ground service on all stocking orders are determined by using a flat rate table that is based on the combined, dimensional weight of all items in the order. Net 30 days on approved open accounts from date of invoice. Pre­Payment methods are accepted in the following forms; Credit Card, Check, ACH, Wire Transfer.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT TERMS

ConeMount accepts two forms of payment, Open Account upon credit approval and pre­payment. Pre­Payment methods are accepted in the following forms; Check, ACH, Wire Transfer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy:

We ship standard via United Parcel Service (UPS). Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-­48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, delays can happen, and we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

SHIPPING ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES

We can ship our products throughout the world using air and ocean transportation services. We evaluate international orders from all new customers to determine whether we will accept them.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

All ConeMount products carry a one­year Limited Warranty.

OBLIGATIONS

You warrant, represent and agree:(1) to comply with all laws; (2) that our sale shipment of the product will not, by export thereof, your legal status or otherwise, cause us to violate any law; and (3) to indemnify us against any losses from a failure by you or a third party to comply with the law or these terms and conditions, or from use of the product.

RETURN POLICY

To process your request as efficiently as possible, in the event you need to return an item, please review our return policy carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchase.

Please call 1­800­343­6000 for a Return Goods Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this number.

All returns must be in their original packaging and shipped back to:

  • Be clearly marked with RMA #.
  • Include a copy of your packing list or invoice.
  • We accept returns for 30 days after purchase. Units returned after 30 days of shipment
    will not be accepted.
  • Altered or damaged items will not be accepted.
  • If the unit is damaged during shipment please notify us immediately.
